Where can I buy tickets from? You can buy them on our website or at the door. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Note: Cash or card is accepted at the door. Card payments are subject to a 50p charge per transaction 

What does a season ticket include? The season ticket includes 22nd September - 2nd October (Poonam is sold separately) 

What time does it start? We aim to start at 7:30 PM. Arrive on time to avoid missing out on some serious melodies and dancing!

What time does it finish? We aim to finish by 11:30 PM.

Do we need to bring dandiyas? Yes - Only a limited supply will be provided.
​
Do we need to bring water? Yes - To be eco-friendly, bring your own water bottle. Opened plastic bottles are allowed. Fizzy/soft drinks are not permitted. 
​
Is there somewhere to refill water? Yes - water refill stations are available outside the toilets

What time is aarti? Aarti is at 10 PM daily. Please arrive before 10 PM; late entry may be denied.

Should we bring our own aarti? Yes - bring your own colourful aarti. Be inspired and let your creativity wander! Look out for the aarti competition.

What is the dress code? Wear your best Navratri outfits with your favourite style and colours.

Is there parking available? Yes - parking is available inside the venue. Follow steward directions as you enter the front gate.
 
Is disabled parking available? Yes - Inform the stewards if you need disabled parking access.
 
Is there seating available? Yes - seating is inside the hall. We encourage young people to offer seats to elders and sit on the floor. 
 
Is there food at this venue? Yes - food is available to buy. Bring cash or card.
 
Where do we leave our shoes? Please remove shoes before entering the hall and place them under a seat.

 

Can we bring Prasad? For prasad donations, please contact us on info@houseofgujarat.co.uk Important: This event will be a nut-free zone to ensure the safety of all attendees. Please refrain from bringing any food which contains peanuts, tree nuts, or any nut based products.

Are there any prohibited items? Yes - Alcohol, restricted liquids, drugs, other substances, and weapons.
